What to expect at a Vintage Harvest Event


We do our very best to make your visit fun and enjoyable. In order for everyone to enjoy their shopping experience, we have set some guidelines that we hope you will review. These guidelines are designed to equitably service all the customers who come to a Vintage Harvest sale.
  1. On Saturdays at 9:00am we will hand out numbers in order to limit the amount of people in the sale at one time. It is the last two numbers on the ticket.
  2. Please line up in the order in which you arrived around 8:45 am.
  3. Saturday sales begin at 10:00am and end at 4:00 pm. We will admit 20 people to start, then as space permits.
  4. Average wait time: 20 - 30 minutes.
  5. Reasonable offers accepted on items over $50.00 after 12:00 pm.
  6. On Sundays, we will hand out numbers at 10:00 am. Sunday sales begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 pm.
  7. Sunday reductions of 30-50% off. Green dot items are 30% off, everything else is 50% off the tagged price.
  8. On One Day sales the reductions start at 2:00 pm.
  9.  We have perforated tags on larger items. Tear off the bottom part and hold on to it until you check out. Also, remember to mark your items sold or have one of our employees do so.
  10. Sold tags are provided at the checkout and can be obtained before the sale.
  11. Please do not remove the sticker tags off items.
  12. Please be prepared to present your receipt upon exiting the sale.
  13. We accept cash, check with phone number, Mastercard and Visa.
  14. We will hold items for a limited time with 10% down (forfeited if item not purchased).
  15. All items must be removed the days of the sale unless arrangements are made with the sale manager. Please bring adequate help to move large items.

    Our staff can not help with heavy items for insurance purposes.

    Please refrain from asking other customers. In order to protect our liability, we have to enforce this policy.

All Sales Are Final

  1. Please check out all electronics, etc., before you buy.
  2. You are buying "as is" and are responsible for the items after purchase.
  3. We are not responsible for loss of items purchased.  We will assist you to wrap if requested, otherwise you are asked to wrap your own purchases.
  4. A sales tax of 5.5% will be added to your purchase as we are a registered business with the State of Wisconsin.
  5. Not responsible for Accidents.
