There is not a fee for the initial consultation.
To help us prepare, we do request a few photos to be shared prior to the consultation . This is to give us a general sense of the items included in the sale.
Photos of the main rooms in the home 5–6 photos is usually perfect. Texting to the contact phone number works well.
If you need help sending the photos ,please contact us to help.
Prices are usually not shared at the consultation due to the time set aside to view and answer questions regarding the sale. Sometimes item/s require research or careful examination before disclosing the price.
If you need an appraisal , we are glad to assist. This service can be added for a minimal hourly fee.
If an appraisal is needed, please let us know when scheduling your consultation to allow additional time.
